I would love some ideas for application in kindergarten! Any other k teachers using the Daily 5?
This comment is for Pam. I noticed when I was blog stalking that livelovelaughkindergarten.blogspot.com is having and Kindergarten Linky Party for Daily Five. You might want to check that out.
I read the DAILY 5 and The CAFE last summer and tried to implement it into my second grade classroom this year. I felt my students and myself did very well with the Daily 5 but the CAFE is what I need to work on this next year. (I didn't do as well as I wanted to) I am excited to see that you are doing a book study. I need to reflect with other teachers and I think I just found a great way to do that. Thanks so much for starting this book study. Reading Chapter 1 (and probably more) tomorrow. :-)

I leave tomorrow for Seattle to see the "Sisters" in action for both the Daily 5 and Cafe. I am super excited. I hope to post when I get back. I am new to blogging so come check me out!
