Fire Safety

Okay so we have a few weeks before FIRE SAFETY awareness week, however, I gathered my files for the weekend and decided to update the materials. I'm excited to cover this curriculum with my kiddos in a fun, exciting way. I'd love to share this unit with the first 3 friendly followers... leave me a note!

Yeah, I'd love to see your file. My dad is a retired fire fighter, so I love teaching fire safety.

It looks like I just missed being #3 by one. I would love your fire safety unit. I'll have to buy it. My brother is a fire fighter and now a fire chief in a nearby town, so I find this very important to teach.

It looks like you put together a great unit!

This would be a great compliment to the HM selection, A Trip to the Firehouse. I go to bed too early. Your file looks great.

This looks so fun! Fire safety is a great thing to teach kids and you could even tie it to the Houghton Mifflin story about the firehouse and go on a field trip to a firestation. Also when talking about the NYFD and 9-11 you can discuss how important fire fighters are to our communities.

What a great idea to make the fire safety banner. Kids will really enjoy looking at that each day. Great way to get important information in your classroom.
